You will own people management, GMP and WHS compliance, investigations and continuous improvement, acting as a backup to the Operations Manager to keep production metrics on track.You will lead cross-functional teams to meet schedules, review CAPAs/CARs, and coordinate audits while using Redzone/CI tools to reduce downtime and optimise labour
