About the Client
A globally recognized luxury property group is expanding its footprint in Australia, delivering premium high-rise residential and mixed-use developments across NSW and QLD.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Development Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of high-density projects from acquisition and planning through to delivery, handover, and settlement.
You will lead a small, growing team and act as the primary link between executive leadership, internal teams, external consultants, and planning authorities.
Location: QLD based (covering NSW & QLD projects)
