2-3 days per week onsite in MitchamWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support technology and operational transformation initiatives across two key workstreams.
The role will work across the full product lifecycle, including COTS solutions, system enhancements and transition from legacy to modern platforms.Lead discovery and document current-state and future-state processesDevelop BRDs, process maps, requirements traceability, user stories, data/interface requirements and acceptance criteriaFacilitate workshops across business, ICT,
