About the Role
CJM Lawyers is seeking a Generalist Solicitor to join our Boonah office, with a strong focus on Wills & Estates.
This role is ideal for a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships, providing practical legal advice, and working across a wide-ranging practice.
While the primary focus will be estate planning and deceased estate administration, you will also have exposure to a broad range of general legal matters.
What You'll Be Doing
Advising clients on wills, powers of attorney and estate planning
Managing deceased estate administrations
Assisting with estate disputes and succession matters
Providing advice across a range of general legal matters
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions
What We're Looking For
Admission as a Solicitor in Queensland (or eligibility for admission)
Experience in Wills & Estates and estate administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent drafting and organisational abilities
A proactive and client-focused approach
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
