WFM Systems Team LeaderAre you an experienced workforce management systems specialist ready to step into a role with genuine ownership and autonomy?
This newly created position will lead a small team and take ownership of the systems supporting workforce management, time and attendance, and payroll.You'll initially lead the existing RosterOn setting while helping shape a major future project to implement a new WFM platform.What you'll be doingLead, support and develop a small team of WFM Systems AdministratorsOwn the configuration, maintenance and optimisation of the current WFM platformCoordinate system changes linked to awards, enterprise agreements and legislative requirementsDevelop test plans and guide the team through system testingManage upgrades, integrations, enhancements and change controlsEnsure workforce data is accurate and flows correctly into payrollWork closely with Payroll, HR, Employee Relations, Finance, IT and operational teamsPartner with vendors to resolve issues and improve system performanceImprove system documentation, processes and user supportIdentify opportunities for automation and continuous improvementHelp shape and implement the organisation's future WFM platformWhat we're looking forExperience supporting or managing a WFM,
time and attendance or workforce scheduling systemExposure to RosterOn, Optima, UKG, Kronos, Dayforce, Humanforce, TimeTarget or a similar platformA strong understanding of how WFM data integrates with payrollExperience interpreting awards, enterprise agreements or other industrial requirementsConfidence managing system configuration, testing, upgrades and changeStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and complianceThe ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholdersPrevious leadership, mentoring or team coordination experienceStrong Excel, reporting and data analysis skillsFormal qualifications in payroll, HR systems or IT would be useful, but practical systems experience is more important.Why consider it?

You'll lead the current platform while playing a key role in the selection, design and implementation of the system that replaces it.
