Key Responsibilities include:Support the Operation through the delivery of critical tasks ahead of and after mining,



including Rehabilitation, Dam Management, civil construction, Tailings Dam Capping, In-pit facilities and Water Management infrastructure.Planning and supervision of employees and contractors to ensure work scopes are completed safely and accurately.Provide visible leadership, advice and support to employees and contractors.Manage project plans and schedules with specific focus on cost tracking and forecasting.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the development of compliance to standards, procedures and processes associated with Project Delivery.Manage execution timelines and ensure scheduled works are aligned with project & stakeholder commitments.Roster and LocationMonday to Friday professional rosterBased on site at HVO West Howick FacilityAbout YouPrevious Supervisory experience in a mining environmentOpen Cut Examiners Certificate of Competency and current practicing certificate (Desirable)Ability to manage contractors in a dynamic,



fast paced environmentUnderstanding of work scopes and budget requirementsExceptional communication & influencing skills with the ability to maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersAbility to build and foster strong working relationships with your team and across all departmentsHigh level leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations to the team and drive performance through clear & concise communication and leadershipStrong commitment to safety, risk management, quality assurance and continuous improvement.Working for us isn't like working at any old mine.
