Lead and support the Crewing Team to deliver an efficient, responsive service for our vessels and seafarersCoach and guide crew coordinators in their day-to-day responsibilities, helping the team perform at its bestShape effective workforce plans by matching qualified, experienced personnel to vessels in line with CSL procedures, Enterprise Agreements, employment conditions, and certification requirementsCoordinate seamless crew changes and rotations, ensuring timely relief while balancing operational needs and costsLead end-to-end recruitment for officers and shipboard personnel across casual and permanent opportunitiesProvide advice and guidance to Senior Crew on performance management and disciplinary issues related to crew.Champion seafarer development by coordinating training, maintaining records, sharing regulatory updates, and planning appropriate reliefMaintain accurate, up-to-date shipboard personnel records in the crewing information system to support confident decision-making, reporting, and regulatory complianceSupport accurate,
