Their approach goes beyond compliance, partnering with business owners to support growth, strategic decision-making, and complex transactions.With a diverse SME client base including manufacturing and other traditional sectors, the firm continues to grow through referrals, acquisitions, and new client wins.
As a result, they are looking to appoint an experienced Business Services & Tax Manager to lead one of their teams and strengthen the firm's internal tax capability.The OpportunityThis role will see you lead one of the firm's teams while managing a client portfolio of approximately $1.5M in compliance fees.You will work closely with the partners while providing leadership to a team of accountants and supporting clients with both compliance and advisory work.Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of SME clients across business services and taxActing as the tax specialist for the teamDelivering tax advisory on matters such as corporate restructures, tax consolidation, transaction-related tax issues,
