With excellent staff retention and a highly experienced senior management team, this is an prospect to join a market‐leading contractor and take ownership of major commercial HVAC projects.The RoleAs Major Project Manager, you will take responsibility for major HVAC projects from inception through to completion.You will coordinate closely with builders, subcontractors and suppliers while managing the commercial, programme and delivery requirements of each project.You will be supported by an experienced senior management team and a strong internal engineering department, giving you the resources required to successfully deliver significant commercial projects.Key responsibilities will include:Managing major HVAC projects from commencement through to completionManaging project programmes, budgets and commercial performanceCoordinating builders, subcontractors,
