You'll have the opportunity to use your operational expertise to support multiple services, build strong relationships with centre leaders and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children, families and educators.As our Centre Operations Support, you will:Support services with operational processes, compliance requirements and centre administrationAssist with government funding programs, including CCS and Kindergarten Funding requirementsCoordinate and support licence applications, notifications and regulatory reportingReview centre budgets and assist leaders with operational planningSupport resource procurement and resourcing initiatives to ensure centres are equipped for successConduct roster reviews and provide operational recommendations to leadersAct as a key liaison between centres and the Inspire support teamProvide practical guidance and troubleshooting support to centre leadership teamsAssist with recruitment activities and workforce planning initiativesSupport people and culture processes,



including performance management documentation and employee relations matters where requiredWho You AreAn experienced Centre Manager with a strong understanding of early childhood operationsHighly organised and able to manage competing priorities across multiple servicesConfident navigating compliance, funding and regulatory requirementsCommercially minded with experience in budgeting, occupancy and operational performanceA strong relationship builder who can communicate effectively with leaders, educators and stakeholdersSolutions-focused, adaptable and comfortable supporting a variety of operational challengesPassionate about helping services, leaders and teams succeedWhy Join Us?
