About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to lead our evening bar operation and help create an experience our guests will remember.
Minimum 4 days per week, including Friday and Saturday nights
Bar operates 12pm – 10:00pm,



7 days a week
Full-time or part-time/casual opportunities available
Lead and support a team of 1–3 staff, depending on trade levels
Take responsibility for the smooth running of the bar during your shift
Help create a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere for our guests
Oversee guest activities and ensure they run smoothly
Manage stock levels, tills and end-of-night reporting
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and presentation
Work independently and confidently manage busy shifts
About You
We're searching for someone who is:
Friendly, outgoing and approachable
Confident behind a bar – experience is essential
Self-motivated, reliable and responsible
Comfortable taking charge and making decisions during busy shifts
Passionate about customer service and creating a outstanding atmosphere
Organised and confident with stock control, cash handling and reporting
A natural team player who can lead by example
Looking for a long-term opportunity
Supervisory experience is welcomed but not essential – we're looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to take ownership.
