Reporting to the State Sales Manager this role sits at the centre of engineering, design and commercial delivery.As a Packaging Engineer, you'll take ownership of developing and optimising corrugated packaging solutions, working closely with customers, sales and manufacturing teams to deliver smarter, more effective outcomes.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll lead trials, influence design decisions and drive continuous improvement across both customer and plant environments.What You Will DoDesign and deliver fit-for-purpose packaging solutionsLead product trials across plant and customer sitesOptimise board grades, carton design and specificationsPartner with customers to improve packaging performance and costSupport tenders with practical, commercially viable solutionsCollaborate with Sales, Design and Operations to deliver outcomesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput and marginContribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiativesProvide technical guidance on packaging machinery and performanceEnsure compliance with safety, quality and operational standardsWhat You Will BringExperience in packaging, manufacturing or product development (corrugated highly regarded)Strong understanding of packaging design,
