The business is highly regarded for the quality of its advice, depth of experience, and long‐standing commitment to client outcomes.We are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to work closely with the Operations Manager - Technology & Systems to build and maintain management reporting dashboards and data visualisations to monitor business, team and individual performance and inform evidence‐based decision making.You will form a key part of the operations team, working alongside dedicated, motivated and ambitious professionals in a high‐performance environment, supported by strong systems, collaboration and shared success.
As the Reporting Analyst, your role is critical to communicating complex operational data in a explicit and meaningful way that supports organisational performance management and accountability.Your responsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards and analytical products for project and executive decision‐makingProduce accurate and timely reporting for executive, program, governance and project control forumsUndertake data analysis, reconciliation,



validation and investigation to support business decisions and resolve reporting issuesManage report access, permissions, refresh schedules and security controls, including row‐level security where requiredDevelopand manage data models, measures and business logic using Power Query, DAX and SQLDevelopand manage data models, measures and business logic using Power Query, DAX and SQLAbout youProficient in preparing reports and delivering meaningful insights that support business performance and decision-makingAbility to gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement, interviews and process analysisExperience in an analytical role (using data to drive decisions) or a report creation role.
Candidates with limited experience but the right aptitude and motivation will be consideredExperience of using at least one language within the Power BI stack: DAX, Power Query (M) and/or SQLInterest or experience in adjacent tools (Power Automate, Python, AI, etc.)We expect successful candidates to have experience commensurate with the responsibilities outlined, reinforced with strong organisational and communication skills.
Attention to detail, sound interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
