Prepare monthly management reports and assist with year-end financial reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Maintain general ledger reconciliations and fixed asset registers
Oversee BAS, FBT, and compliance reporting requirements
Manage corporate credit cards, financial approvals, and expenditure monitoring
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and broader finance operations
Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory obligations
Provide support to the Finance Manager and assist with finance team leadership when required
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting
Previous experience in a similar Accountant role (3+ years preferred)




Robust understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and compliance
Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and relevant taxation requirements
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with TASS and Sage highly regarded
CPA qualification highly regarded
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Check
