Skilled Search Group is seeking an IT Manager - Support & Operations in Melbourne.
You will lead the internal IT Service Desk, oversee store IT support, and drive ITIL-aligned processes while guiding major ERP/CRM platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce.You will manage EUC, devices, identity management (Entra ID, Intune), and coordinate with vendors across HQ and national store network.
Hybrid role with Australian-wide impact.
