Working closely with operations, maintenance, technical teams, and suppliers, you will drive plant performance, team capability, and operational discipline across the processing function.This is a FIFO role (8:6 roster)



from Perth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the processing operations team to safely and effectively deliver planned production targetsPromote and instil a strong safety cultureLead process supervisors, coordinators, training advisors, and operators to build a high-performance team cultureImplement fit for purpose operating systems including safety meetings, production meetings, planning meetings, handovers, and pre-startsEnsure plant production volume, cost, and quality are on or ahead of budgetMonitor operations and key metallurgical performance indicators, recommending corrective actions to maximise operational efficiencyOversee crushing, processing, assaying, gold recovery, and gold security activitiesDevelop bottom-up operational and capital cost budgets, monitor expenditure, and provide monthly cost and variance analysis reports to the managerSupport maintenance planning and provide technical input into plant improvementsLead continuous improvement and business improvement initiatives to enhance culture, productivity and operational disciplineAbout YouDesired Skills and ExperienceTertiary qualifications in metallurgy, chemical engineering, process engineering, or a related disciplineA high performer with specific extensive and proven experience in a superintendent processing operations role particularly in gold CIL processingDisplay strategically minded, driven, strong interpersonal skills, and an inclusive style with a results orientated approach targeted at delivering sustainable business outcomesStrong leadership and people development capability,
