We are not looking for casual employees.Ability to work across 5 to 7 days per week shift lengths of min 4hrs - max 12hrsExperience in Gatehouse,



Retail and Corporate roles.Currently holds an MSIC clearanceMultiple Roles and Positions available - Gatehouse/Corporate/MSICYour responsibilities include, but not limited to:Ability to support Nexar Group with 20+ hours per week across 4 to 7 day roster.Will be good with Customers and ClientsLiaising with police and emergency response services when necessaryBe able to verbally de-escalate any situationRisk identification and issue resolutionAdaptable to any situations that ariseBe able to deter theft and report missing assetsWork autonomously and in a groupYou will have:Good customer and client service skillsGood written and verbal communicationReporting ability to supervisorDemonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a collaborative way.Demonstrated ability to apply ethical standards to decisions made on a day to day basis.Physical capacity to perform the duties of the position including patrolling, responding and restraining persons.Current First Aid certificateExcellent communication skills a must.Blue Card (Working With Children Check) Preferred.RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) preferred.Minimum requirementsa successful candidate will possess are:Certificate II in Security OperationsValid Security License & First Aid CertificateFull, unlimited right-to-work in AustraliaAbility to work days and/or nightsVIC Private Security Business License - **********SQLD Security Firm - CLASS 1 & ***********NSW Master License: ***********SA Security Agent - ISL ******
