Your key responsibilities will include:Delivering personal care including showering, grooming, and mobility assistanceSupporting clients with domestic tasks such as meal preparation and light household dutiesMonitoring and reporting changes in client health or wellbeing to the care coordination teamBuilding genuine, trusting relationships with clients and their familiesWe'll support you every step of the wayStarting a new role can be daunting, especially when you're working independently in clients' homes.
