We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions
Site Locations: East Maitland, NewCastle, NSW
Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis
SLA: SBD and NBD support
Skills & Requirements
Exp in handling desktop/network issues
Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
Install patches
Software and Hardware Break Fix
Well versed IT engineer
Basics of Wi-Fi
Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration
Install and administer MS Office
Business English with local language
Requirements
Experience troubleshooting desktop and network issues
IT support or field service engineering experience
Software and hardware break-fix support
Installing and upgrading operating systems
Installing and applying software and operating system patches
Basic Wi-Fi troubleshooting and configuration
Basic LAN and WAN networking knowledge
Basic switch and router configuration
Installing and administering Microsoft Office
Ability to provide on-call, ticket-based dispatch support
Ability to meet same-business-day (SBD) and next-business-day (NBD) service-level requirements
Availability for freelance, part time, or casual assignments
Business-level English communication
Fluency in the relevant local language
Ability to work at client sites in East Maitland/Newcastle, NSW
