Students come from across Australia and internationally, including many from rural and regional communities, to live, grow and flourish during their university years.About the RoleReporting to the Director of Student Life, the Admissions Officer manages the full student admissions lifecycle from enquiry and recruitment engagement through to application processing, offers, enrolment and commencement.
The role ensures a qualified and welcoming experience for prospective students and their families while supporting the College's enrolment objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage admissions enquiries, applications, interviews, offers and enrolmentsCoordinate admissions communications and applicant engagementMaintain accurate student records and admissions dataCoordinate student recruitment activities and campus toursBuild relationships with schools,



careers advisers and community partnersSupport scholarship and bursary administrationMonitor application trends and prepare admissions reportsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and student onboarding activities.About YouYou will be an organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Ideally, you will have:Experience in admissions, enrolment management, student recruitment or administrationStrong organisational and project coordination skillsExperience working with databases or student management systemThe ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and external stakeholdersA commitment to supporting student wellbeing and the values of Duchesne CollegeEligibility to obtain and maintain a Blue Card.Why Join Us?
