Studio Supervisor – Community & Member Experience@Pilates 24/7 Burwood$35 per hour | 4-hour shifts | Monday–FridayWe're looking for a warm, outgoing and energetic community connector to join our team at @Pilates 24/7 Burwood.This role is about much more than looking after a Pilates studio.
We want someone who loves people, remembers names, starts conversations and genuinely enjoys bringing people together.A big part of your role will be helping us build a robust local community around the studio — creating connections between members, developing relationships with local businesses and community groups, and helping us plan and run events, challenges, collaborations and other activities that make @Pilates feel like a community rather than just somewhere people come to exercise.What you'll be doingWelcoming members and creating a friendly, inclusive studio environmentGetting to know our members and helping them feel connected to the @Pilates communityHelping organise member events, challenges and social activitiesBuilding relationships with local businesses,



organisations and community groupsLooking for opportunities for local partnerships and collaborationsFollowing up enquiries and leads and helping prospective members find the right option for themAssisting members with exercise form, modifications and class selectionCreating and contributing to social media contentGeneral studio presentation and light cleaningHelping us continually improve the member experienceNo class teaching is required, and full training will be provided.Who we're looking forYou might be perfect for this role if you're naturally someone who knows people, connects people and brings people together.You're confident starting conversations, comfortable reaching out to local businesses and community groups, and excited by the idea of helping create events and experiences that people actually want to be part of.Experience in fitness, hospitality, community engagement, events, sales or customer service would be valuable, but personality and attitude are just as important to us.Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly desirable, reflecting the wonderful multicultural community surrounding our Burwood studio.If you're a people person who loves fitness, community and creating genuine connections, we'd love to hear from you.
