Immediate opportunities for reliable Machine Operators and Production WorkersOur client is a well-established Australian manufacturer operating a busy production facility in Carbrook, producing a range of quality construction and building products including concrete, mortars, sands and other cement-based products.We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Machine Operators / Production Workers to join the team across day and afternoon shifts.The RoleWorking as part of a production team, you will be involved in the manufacture, processing, mixing and bagging of construction products.Your duties may include:Operating and monitoring production machineryMixing and batching concrete, sand and cement-based productsOperating bagging and packing equipmentLoading and unloading materialsWeighing, measuring and checking productsPalletising and preparing finished productsPerforming general production and housekeeping dutiesFollowing quality control and production proceduresWorking safely around machinery,
materials and mobile equipmentManual handling and repetitive tasks as requiredAbout YouWe are looking for people who are:Reliable, punctual and committed to their workPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingComfortable working around machinery and in a manufacturing environmentSafety-conscious with a solid work ethicAble to follow instructions and production proceduresComfortable working as part of a teamPrevious manufacturing, production, machine operating or construction experience is highly regardedA current forklift licence is not essential, but would be a definite advantage.What's on Offer?
