Beyond Care is seeking SUPPORT WORKERS for SIL accommodation and community living program in Orange region to provide a person-centered approach that empowers the independence and choice of our participants living in our SIL Programs and in their own homesWe have participants that requires assistance and support with daily living needs.
Both short and long shifts available with Sleepovers allowing a great work and lifestyle balance.Description of the roleWorking various shifts in a week: morning, afternoon, sleep overs, night shifts and weekendsSupporting participants to live as independently as possibleOutings in the community such as going for walks, lunch, dinning, shopping, movies and more!
Personal care and support with domestic and household tasks such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning.Certificate III in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalentMinimum 6 months of support worker experience requiredMinimum 3-4 days availability during the week.Must have a reliable vehicle,
