Based in Arndell Park, our licensed Major Hazard Facility provides a comprehensive solution for hazardous and non-hazardous warehousing, inventory management and inbound/ outbound transport.We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Allocator to join the team Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm.This is a casual position with temp-to-perm opportunities available for proven performers who display outstanding work ethics.
Casual pay rates apply.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and confirm ordersCreate load plans and scheduling for all runs including multi drop loadsBook 3rd party carriers on independent portals including interstate deliveriesCalculate sub contractor requirements and book accordinglyManage pick-up requestsManage chemical filling operations and chemical pump out allocationsMonitor driver's progress against schedulesMaintain induction registersCustomer service and enquiriesDIFOT investigationsTraceability & Accountability InvestigationsMonitor daily fleet operationsEnsure COR and WHS is adhered to, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations - report on load weights and driver fatigueAssist with fleet maintenance coordination,
