We're currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Inglewood Espresso Bar in Mount Waverley.We're seeking someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys creating great coffee and positive customer experiences.
Someone who is reliable, personable, detail-oriented and aligned with specialty coffee values.About the RoleAs a Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality coffee while providing warm, efficient service to our customers.
You'll be based at our espresso bar out the front of our warehouse in Mount Waverley, working in a two-person team and moving up to 12kg of coffee a day.This is a casual role with regular weekday hours, plus additional shifts available at other venues for those wanting more.Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pmFriday morning availability is essentialOccasional weekend shifts availableCasual role with regular, ongoing hoursKey ResponsibilitiesCoffee Preparation & QualityPrepare and serve espresso-based and specialty coffee to Inglewood standardsDial in coffee and maintain consistency throughout serviceEnsure equipment is cleaned,
