A Factory Labourer role in a well-established manufacturing company located in Dingley Village, assembling products using hand and power tools, operating production machinery, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities Assembling products using a range of hand and power toolsUsing drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers and other workshop toolsDrilling, fastening and working with various metal componentsOperating production and manufacturing machineryReading and following assembly instructions and proceduresConducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standardsPacking, labelling and moving products throughout the production processMaintaining a clean, organised and safe work setting About you Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production,
factory work or warehousingConfidence using drills, power tools and basic workshop equipmentExperience working with metal components and performing manual assemblyStrong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityA strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitudeGood physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasksFull Australian working rightsA current driver's licence and reliable transportAvailability to start immediatelyMonday-Thursday: 3pm-11:30pm, Friday: 1pm-7pmFriendly and supportive team environmentPotential long-term career opportunities
