Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a career where you can make a difference?
Active Kids Group is looking for enthusiastic people to join our Early Childhood Traineeship Program across multiple locations in Sydney.
You don't need childcare experience or qualifications to apply.
We'll give you the training, hands-on experience and support you need to build a rewarding career in early childhood education while working towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Inner West & Surrounding Areas: Homebush, Narwee, Moore Park, Newtown, Mascot, Ermington, Cremorne & City
What You'll Learn
As a trainee, you'll learn alongside experienced educators and gain practical experience working with children from 6 weeks to 5 years.
Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
Creating protected, inclusive and engaging environments
Building relationships with children, families and your team
Play-based learning and educational programs
Health, safety and child protection
Professional communication and teamwork




You don't need to know everything on day one — we'll support you as you learn and grow.
