Lotus Dental Brunswick is on the hunt for a full time dental receptionist who is warm, organised and enthusiastic to be the first point of contact at our modern, friendly dental practice in the heart on Brunswick.You'll be welcoming patients with a smile, managing appointments, coordinating with labs, handling payments and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Bring
Experience in dental or healthcare reception is preferred.
Team player and great communication and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of dental item codes, implants or day procedures (a big plus!)
A friendly, patient-first attitude and strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
Confidence with corepractice dental software and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
