Our main laboratory is based in Deakin, Canberra and we can provide employees with the opportunity to become part of an Australian wide medical testing laboratory network focused on leadership and expert advice.
We provide services to medical practitioners, private hospitals and aged care facilities in both the ACT and regional surrounds (Southern Tablelands and South Coast NSW).
The Chance
A position has become available in our Doctors' Service Centre for an enthusiastic and self‐motivated individual who has a passion for delivering high-quality services to the medical community.
An organised person with good attention to detail, displays initiative and can multitask within set timeframes would suit this role.
Excellent communication skills are a must, as this role involves liaising with a variety of clients, including Hospitals, GP Clinics and the wider community.
Duties include:
Answering phone enquiries from clients
Ensuring pathology results are provided in a timely manner
Troubleshooting customer issues




Providing support to other departments in clinical administration duties
Coordinating nursing home and domiciliary pathology collections
Collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide continuous improvement
The department hours are 7am to 6pm Mon‐Fri, and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays.
