As a member of the Marsdens team, you will be expected to uphold our core values of Integrity, Trust, Excellence and Community.The opportunity:Marsdens Law Group are looking to employ a junior administrative assistant to undertake a traineeship at our branch office in Liverpool for a twelve (12) month period.The successful applicant will receive a Certificate III in Business Administration (Legal Services) as well as invaluable experience in a legal office.This is a full-time role with hours being 8.30am – 5.15pm, Monday to Friday.




This is a fantastic entry level position and would suit current school leavers with a view to career advancement.Key Responsibilities but not limited to:Perform a range of administration tasks;Photocopying, scanning and filing;Data entry and maintaining databases and registers;The successful applicant must:Be well presented for a legal office;Quick to pick up new skills and adapt to new environments;Demonstrate sound computer skills;Strong written and verbal communication skills;Be able to work in a quick paced, highly dynamic environment with multiple focus points and work to deadlines;Be a self starter and highly responsible.NOT have completed a Certificate III or higher in Legal or Business services.Culture of the Firm:Down-to-earth work environment;Monthly social events and staff recognition;Wellness initiatives;Frequent training and development days; andA culture that promotes asking questions.
