TCA Services is the maintenance and small works arm of TCA Electrical, a fast growing electrical company made up of a team of 20+ sparkies, established in ****.
We look after hospitality venues, retail fitouts, high-end homes, and property portfolios across the eastern suburbs and beyond.
Most of the Service team have been with us 4+ years, which tells you something about how we run things at TCA.
We run tight jobs, not disorganised ones.
We're a team that backs you: if you're stuck on something, someone picks up the phone.
There's a transparent path to grow — more autonomy, bigger jobs, more responsibility as you prove it out.
We have steady work and steady clients with no scrambling between contracts.
Regular team events include abseiling, sky diving, camping, and sunrise kayaking.




About the role
Join TCA Services as a 2nd or 4th year apprentice or trade assistant on our service team.
As part of the service team you will be on the tools attending service calls, fault finding, carrying out repairs and maintenance and dealing with clients face to face across residential, commercial and strata sites.
No two days will look the same!
The right person will jump straight in , own the role, and add their own stamp to what makes TCA tick.
About you
Local to Sydney
Passionate and energetic
Solid work ethic
Great communicator who's comfortable talking to clients
SimPRO experience is a bonus
