including:Data entry and transaction processing in AccentisAccounts payable and receivableBank reconciliations and general bookkeepingBAS and GST preparationPayroll assistanceMaintaining accurate financial recordsRelevant accounting advice and administrative supportAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is:Preferably fully experienced and confident using the Accentis Enterprise Software programAn experienced bookkeeper with sound knowledge of Australian bookkeeping and BAS/GST requirementsAccurate, organised and reliable, able to guide an active owner-led businessComfortable working independently within a small yet dynamic modern enterpriseAble to step into the role and become productive with minimal trainingWorking ArrangementProactively support management in this in-house position, working three days per week in our spacious, modern Baringa office/warehouse complex.We also consider an experienced independent bookkeeper operating as a contractor, provided they have current, hands-on Accentis experience and can provide the required level of daily in-house support.
