This role would suit someone who enjoys keeping things organised, likes to think a step ahead, and finds real satisfaction in helping others do their best work.What you'll be doingLeading, coaching and supporting the reception team day to dayWelcoming patients warmly and being a calm, reassuring presence at the front deskOverseeing the appointment book so each day flows smoothlyTraining and mentoring current team membersCoordinating rosters so the team is well supportedLooking after patient concerns with care, discretion and good judgementWorking alongside our Practice Manager and clinicians to keep improving the patient experienceIdeally,



you'll have dental reception experience and some leadership experience, along with a calm, encouraging style that brings out the best in others.What you'll be doingGreeting patients warmly in person and over the phoneBooking and confirming appointments and helping manage the daily scheduleProcessing payments and health fund claimsKeeping patient records accurate and up to dateSupporting the team so each day runs smoothlyHelping keep our reception area calm and welcomingDental or healthcare experience is a bonus, but what matters most to us is dependability and the right attitude.Why reliability means so much to usIn a healthcare setting, consistency is what helps patients feel at ease.
