This casual role supports guest services and property operations across our holiday home portfolio.Key responsibilitiesRespond to guest enquiries before, during and after their stayLiaise with property owners, keeping them informed about their property, bookings and any maintenance or care needsSupport check-ins and check-outs, including pre-arrival communicationCoordinate turnover cleans and linen with our cleaning and laundry partnersInspect properties, check quality and report maintenance issuesRestock supplies and present each property to our standardKeep bookings and notes accurate in our property management systemHelp the operations team with day-to-day tasks as they come upAbout youHospitality, short-stay, property or customer service experience is highly regardedWarm, skilled and confident with guestsClear, courteous communicator with property owners, in writing and by phoneReliable,
