About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a developing administration seeking to build their foundations in the audit and compliance space.In this role, you will be reporting to the Service Manager, providing hands-on support for pre and post assessment activities and undertake relevant administrative tasks as required.The opportunity combines 'back of office' duties with the deliverance of exceptional customer service to ensure audits are consistently well-planned and executed.

Candidates coming from a background in an RTO, or with hands-on compliance exposure will be highly regarded.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLiaising with clients and assessor's to maintain communication in identifying opportunitiesScheduling and management of assessment bookingsYou will be assisting with audits and compliance checks; look at documents and information with a 'sense of skepticism' and ask questionsWork with colleagues to ensure assessments are scheduled and delivered within appointed timeframesOrganising travel and bookings for assessment teamsProviding assessment activity and administrative support for the teamPrepare and finalise certificationsContribute to process improvements and maintaining accurate records and documentationEnsuring smooth communication is held between clients, assessors and stakeholdersSkills & Experience RequiredYou have a strong eye for detail and are process drivenExperience working within in RTO or supporting compliance processes/administration will be highly regardedExcellent administrative skills and the ability to identify mistakesBe proficient in Microsoft Suite to create professional documents and email correspondenceYou will need the ability to deliver exceptional customer serviceA focus to resolve problems and to be an analytical thinkerDemonstrate a confident phone manner and have the ability to problem solveYou will have strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligenceBenefits & CultureBe apart of a not-for-profit organisation that's been growing for over 35 years in a collaborative and supportive setting.With attractive salary packaging options and the potential to further grow and develop within the business.All applicants will be contacted via email or phone regarding the outcome of their application.
