and colour consistency monitoringIdentifying and reporting print defects to the lead printerSupporting press maintenance, cleaning, and changeoversSafe handling and palletising of finished productCompleting production and quality documentationLearning flexographic printing operations through hands‐on experienceTo be considered for this role:Willingness to learn and develop trade skills in flexographic printingAny relevant manufacturing, printing, or production experience is a bonus (but not essential)Machine operation experience is advantageousStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical processesCapable of manual handling tasks and palletisingStrong attention to detail with genuine commitment to safetyReliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to a teamFull Australian working rightsAdditional informationFull time permanent positionFull training providedCareer growth opportunities available
