In this role, you will assist parents and students with purchasing essential school resources, from uniforms and textbooks to stationery and musical equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service and communicationOperate POS and manage inventory systems with accuracyProcess sales and stock movement diligently through computer-based systemsPick and pack customer online orders dailyMaintain store merchandising standards and execute sales strategiesAdhere to directions from the support office and meet set goalsKeep detailed records and perform administration tasks as neededWork both independently and as part of a supportive teamMaintain a positive and enthusiastic approach to workManage time effectively and handle pressure to meet deadlinesWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail and excellent time managementAbility to work independently and in a teamExperience in retail customer service or a similar environmentEnthusiastic attitude and proactive approach to tasksRequirementsA valid Working with Children Clearance or the ability to obtain oneAustralian residency or working rightsValid Drivers LicenseAs The School Locker continues to grow across Australia and online, your role will be crucial in helping us drive our vision and adapt to changes.
