high-energy shifts from open to closeLeading and supporting the floor team to deliver exceptional serviceOverseeing daily operations — cash management, opening/closingprocedures, stock controlEnsuring compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and WHS requirementsBeing the go-to person when things need problem-solving (and in hospo, they always do)Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive standards and team cultureWhat we're looking forPrevious supervisory or team leader experience, ideally in an à la carterestaurant or pub environmentCurrent NSW RSA (mandatory)A natural leader who brings energy and positivity to every shiftSomeone who genuinely loves hospitality and takes pride in great serviceExcellent communication skills and the ability to stay cool under pressureAvailability Tues–Sat is ideal, approx.
