Work alongside a team of full-time and student staff to support the volunteer student executives who run over 400 Arc-affiliated Clubs.Help deliver Arc Clubs' recognition programs, including the Clubs & Volunteering Rewards Points program and our Clubs Community events: ClubsKickoff, The Executive Lounge and Town Hall.You'llhelp process rewards, run events, createcontentand gather feedback from Club leaders to make each term better than the last.Ifyou'relooking to gain entry-level experience in program delivery,eventsand community engagement, all while enlivening the student experience (and having fun!), this is the place for you!

We know that the best parts of going touniare all the things you do outside the classroom, and we pride ourselves on making that experience awesome.
We do that througha huge rangeof opportunities and services available to students online and in person.Working at Arc,you'lljoin a welcoming team full of like-minded students who believe in listening to students, working together and having fun between thehard work.

ResponsibilitiesAttend to tasks and enquiries during scheduled shifts,
either in the Arc Offices or remotely, as directedAssistwith tasks including:Administering the Rewards Points program, including logging points, processingredemptionsand keeping recordsaccurateReviewing the Rewards store and point-earning activities each term, and suggesting improvementsPlanning and delivering ClubsKickoff, The Executive Lounge and Town Hall sessions, from catering and run sheets to points check-in and feedbackWriting content about the Rewards program and Clubs Community events for the Clubs newsletter,Instagramand DiscordGathering feedback from Club executives and helpingidentifytrends to improve Arc's recognition programsResponding to Club enquiries, with a focus on Rewards Points and Clubs Community eventsSupporting Club consultations, and promoting the Rewards program at O-Week and Arc events, asrequiredPlease refer to the Position Description for a full list of key tasks and accountabilities.Desired Skills and ExperienceSkills & ExperienceWe'relooking for students with experience with Arc-affiliated Clubs who want to help Club executives feel supported and recognised for the work they do.You must also have relevant experience thatdemonstratesyour ability to carry out the responsibilities of the role, including:Essential:Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to positively engage with manydifferent typesof people, especially UNSW students, with an awareness of cultural diversity.Competent use of Google Sheets or Excel, including basic formulas, with high attention to detail.Some experience helping to plan or run events.Reliable and organised, with the ability to complete routine tasks with guidance.Desirable:Familiarity with Rubric and Canva.Some experience trackingspend, or collecting and analysing feedback.Competence with social media, in particular Instagram and Discord.Please refer to the Position Description for specific selection criteria.You must be a current UNSW student to apply.What We Can Offer YouA casual hourly rate of $*****/hr + superAverage hours per week: around 7 during term, ranging from 3 to 15 around events.
