We are excited to be using Redbrick Coffee and Fish River from Bathurst with Red brick being a Canberra-based specialty coffee roaster established in ****.

Let's get into the details...About the roleWe are looking for authentic and conscientious people to join our coffee crew.
We have both full time, Part Time and casual barista opportunities available in our Barton locations.
Our baristas will work with multiple coffees on a daily basis and have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the products they are serving.Training will be provided by Redbrick and the Bottega crew.We are on a journey of curiosity, continual growth and discovery,
believing that there is always room for innovation and evolution.
For our baristas, whether they are new to specialty coffee or have extensive experience, we offer training, development and access to a wide range of resources.
Our baristas will work with the newest technologies, attend training to deepen their coffee knowledge and share exceptional coffees.You are the right candidate if you...have worked previously as a barista.enjoy interacting with the community.thrive in a team environment.are motivated to learn, or continue to learn about specialty coffee.love working in a rapid-paced environment, but are uncompromising when it comes to qualityWe are also willing to train the right person with no experience.Hours are 8am to 4pm, but can be flexible for the right peopleSkills and experienceBarista experience but not crucialability to be left alone and complete tasksWe have multiple positions available within our team, for both coffee professionals and those looking for a weekly shift or two doing something they can be passionate about.
