A rare opportunity has become available to join our team at Manchester Collection – Broadmeadows Store.
This is a special opening within our business, as opportunities to join our team do not come up often due to our low staff turnover and supportive work environment.
We are currently seeking experienced Retail Sales Assistants who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a rapid-paced retail environment.
Experience in Manchester, bedding, linen or homewares is highly regarded, but not essential.
We are looking for team members who:
Lead by example
Have a bright, cheerful and friendly manner
Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Show commitment, focus, respect and a strong sales mindset
Work well within a team environment
Flexibility is essential for this role.

Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day and/or a weeknight.
1. Rare opportunity with a stable family business
Join a well-established, family-owned business that offers long-term stability, support and a strong team culture.
2. Staff discounts on beautiful products
Enjoy fantastic employee discounts across our full range of Manchester and homewares.
3. Work in a driven and rewarding retail environment
If you love stylish home products, enjoy retail sales, and want to be part of a motivated team, this is the role for you.
If you are enthusiastic, reliable and ready to be part of a business that values passion and integrity, we would love to hear from you.
