Join Club Demonstration Services (CDS), the team behind the samples you see at Costco, and help members discover products they'll love.The roleWe are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisors (Product Demonstrators) to join our team at Costco Ipswich, QLD.Responsibilities include:-Run product demonstrations and sampling events for food and non-food vendors-Prepare samples, set up and pack down demonstration areas-Share product features and benefits to members in a friendly, informative way-Keep workspace clean, safe and professionalAbout you-Excellent communication and customer service skills-Confident, friendly, and happy to work independently and in a team-Organised, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting-Comfortable using microwaves, ovens, and skillets-Able to stand for shifts of up to 6 hours-Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is great, but not essential.




We'll train you.
-RSA or Barista qualifications are a bonus.The details-Casual, with a rotating roster between 10am and 5pm, weekdays and weekends-Paid induction and training-General Retail Industry Award rates, plus ongoing support and development-Must be 18+ (some demonstrations may involve alcohol products)-Valid Australian work rights required.
