We're currently recruiting for an ongoing Trauma Counsellor position with a well-established specialist community service in Melbourne's west.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner to join a purpose-driven, supportive team where you'll have the chance to build meaningful connections with clients and provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapeutic support.You'll provide short to medium-term counselling to young people and adults, supporting clients through complex experiences and helping them build safety, wellbeing and resilience.We're looking for someone who:Has solid counselling and trauma-informed experience including a Bachelors of Counselling or simularIs confident supporting clients with complex needsHas experience working with young people and/or adultsHolds a relevant counselling, psychology, social work or therapeutic qualificationHas MARAM trainingValues collaborative,
