This hands‐on role is driven by a commitment to resident wellbeing and service excellence, combining cleaning responsibilities with a variety of maintenance, gardening, and community support activities.
Working closely with the village team, you'll help ensure the workplace remains welcoming, functional,



and enjoyable while making a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents.You Will:Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the village and common areasSupport general onsite maintenance and gardening activitiesAssist with the set-up and pack-down of activity rooms and village functionsSupport waste management processes and ensure work areas remain safe and organisedUse cleaning equipment, chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE) safely and effectivelyIdentify and report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents in a timely mannerWork collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming, and resident-focused environmentWhat We're Looking ForExperience in cleaning, maintenance support, gardening, or similar hands‐on rolesAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a team environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to assist across a variety of tasksUnderstanding of workplace health and safety practicesCurrent Driver's Licence and willingness to drive as part of the roleEssential RequirementsProof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)Relevant probity checks in accordance with legislative and organisational requirementsBe part of something meaningful.
