Your responsibilities will include:Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly mannerProcessing EFTPOS and HICAPS paymentsManaging appointment bookings, confirmations, and remindersCoordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flowHandling general administration tasks, including email correspondenceAbout You:We're looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and professionalism to everything they do.




You'll need to be:Highly organised with excellent time management skillsDetail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFriendly, approachable and a excellent communicatorReliable, punctual and flexible with work arrangementsA proactive team player with a "can-do" attitudeComfortable using technology and managing administrative processesAble to travel between branches as needed (own transport and valid license required)Why Join Ethos Orthodontics?
