ABOUT YOU
You're someone who genuinely enjoys caring for others.
You're reliable, compassionate and bring a positive attitude to every shift.
To be successful, you'll have:
Minimum 12 months' experience in residential aged careA genuine passion for supporting older people and enhancing their wellbeingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work across a range of shifts, Weekdays preferredNational Police Check or willingness to obtain oneProof of working rights in AustraliaNDIS Screening Clearance (mandatory)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Personal Care Worker,



you'll work alongside our care team to provide compassionate, person-centred support to our residents.
Reporting to the Residential Care and Services Manager, you will:
Provide personal care in line with each resident's individual care planSupport residents with their daily routines, wellbeing and personal goalsTake the time to listen, connect and understand what matters to each personBuild respectful and trusting relationships with residents, families and stakeholdersAccurately record care and consumer outcomes in BaptistCare systemsIdentify and promptly report any workplace or consumer risksContribute to a positive environment and continuous improvement across the homeParticipate in training and development to maintain your skills and compliance
