A Medical Receptionist to support the day to day operations of two GP Practices in Robina.
This position can be either full time or part time ***** hrs per week.
Shifts range from opening at 7am, closing at 6pm and varying in-between.
Key responsibilities
Opening and closing the practice
Reception duties which include greeting and dealing with patients and their needs either in person and on the phone
Dealing with doctors and nurses queries
Day to day tasks to make the reception/admin area run professionally and efficiently throughout the day
About you
Excellent receptionist/office skills in a busy working environment
Professional, helpful, knowledgeable and engaging to patients and other staff
Show empathy and kindness to patients
Best practice software knowledge preferable
Knowledge of Medcare/DVA is helpful
Thorough orientation with ongoing training
Learning on the desk with a buddy receptionist to assist you
