Cato Care Pty Ltd in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to help maximise living, social and recreational skills for clients with psychosocial disabilities.You will support access to employment, in-home care and community activities, maintain client notes, and work with families and other professionals to support individual goals.
A current driver's licence and the ability to travel locally are required, with flexibility for a 7-day roster.
