You'll bring:Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent recognised qualificationCurrent Food Safety/Food Handling certificationMinimum two years' experience in a cooking roleExperience working in a commercial kitchen environmentStrong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, infection control and food safety practicesUnderstanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements and safe manual handling practicesPrevious experience within healthcare or aged care environments (desirable)Availability to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekendsAbout our hospitalSt Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane specialises in healthcare for people with chronic, complex and multiple health needs.
