Each day, they have the chance to apply their skills in a meaningful way, have more autonomy for critical thinking and space to make a positive impact within their communities.The RoleWe are looking for an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at The Views in Heidelberg, home to 103 residents.This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering a reliable AM roster of 45 paid hours per fortnight:Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: AM 7 am – 3 pmWeek 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: AM 7 am – 3 pmAs an Enrolled Nurse, you will:Apply clinical skills and up to date knowledge of the aging process to residents within the homeBe responsive to resident's care through tailoring holistic care to meet individual needsRespect and promote dignity, privacy and confidentiality of each resident at all timesSystematically plan, implement and evaluate care, and oversee accurate and timely documentationSpend time with the residents to connect,



share stories and show empathyAbout youCurrent Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPAExperience creating genuine connections with clients and families and team membersUnderstanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administrationThe ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholdersDemonstrate the application of clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst othersNDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or ability to obtainWhy Benetas?
